My story
I'm Adina, and a few years ago my son was that kid. The meltdowns were frequent, intense, and physical. They lasted way longer than they should have. I was doing everything I was supposed to do: the routines, the consistency, the patience, and nothing was moving the needle.
Then a friend mentioned food dyes.
I thought she was a little out there, honestly. But I was desperate enough to try. Within a couple of weeks of cutting them out, I saw a shift I couldn't explain away. So I kept going. I started reading labels. Turning over products. Researching ingredients. We cleared out the pantry, then the kitchen, then the rest of the house.
And this kid, this same kid who was melting down every single day, is a completely different child now. Calmer. More regulated. More himself.
That's when I realized this wasn't just our story. I started sharing what I'd learned with other moms and kept hearing the same thing back: why has nobody ever told us this?
So I built the program I wish I'd had from the beginning: everything in one place, in an order that actually makes sense, so you don't have to spend years figuring it out the way I did.
